A monthly pop-up alcohol-free dance club for women in Baton Rouge, 5 to 9pm. Think modern Miami beach club, '80s to 2000s music, and a dance floor where nobody's judging. Bring your ladies or come solo—either way, you'll leave with new friends.

What to expect

A Real Dance Floor:  DJ Diana spins ‘80s–2000s throwbacks with professional lighting and our giant pink disco ball.
A Place to Chill:  A beach lounge with umbrellas, cabanas, and cozy seating when you want a break or a place to talk.
Mocktails + Food:  Signature 5 to 9 Club mocktails plus Pura Vida’s full menu available for purchase
Extras around the room:  The Listening Cabana, the Business Cabana with Fidelity POWER U, a Valentine craft table, and gift bags + giveaways (yes, Lola the Leopard makes an appearance).

What to wear

Whatever makes you feel fabulous. Jeans and a cute top, dresses, jumpsuits, sparkles — all welcome. Comfortable shoes recommended.

FAQ

I don’t know anyone going. Will I feel awkward coming alone?

Not at all! Most women come solo. When you arrive, let us know you’re coming alone and we’ll introduce you to other attendees at check-in. You’ll meet people fast. By the end of the night, you’ll have new friends and actual plans to hang out again.

What if I don’t like it? Can I get my money back?

Yes. This is our Happiness Guarantee. If it wasn’t for you, email us within 48 hours after the event and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions. No guilt trips.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it?

We get it. If you’re sick, something happens with family, or plans change last minute, email us and we’ll take care of you with a full refund as well.

What if I can’t dance?

Perfect! Neither can most of us. This isn’t a performance. Nobody’s watching or judging. Just move however feels good. Everyone’s too busy having their own fun to pay attention to anyone else.

Is this a dance class? Do I need to learn choreography?

Nope. This is a dance party, not a class. Zero instruction, zero choreography. You just show up and dance to songs you already know and love. No learning required.

Who can attend? Is there an age limit?

We offer two options for every event: 18–24 and 25+. Pick the one that fits your group best.

Coming with friends that span both? No stress. If your group has a couple women who are 23–24, we’re happy to keep you together.

Do I have to stay the whole time?

Nope. Come and go as you please. Doors open at 5pm, event ends at 9pm. Most women arrive around 5:30pm and stay through the end, but there’s no requirement.

Do I have to dance the whole time?

Not at all. We have a tropical beach lounge with cabanas and cozy seating. You can hang out there all night if you want, or go back and forth between dancing and relaxing. It’s your night.

Is vaping, smoking, or alcohol allowed?

No. All 5 to 9 Club events are substance-free. No alcohol, vaping, or smoking anywhere on site.

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel good! Most women wear jeans and a cute top, dresses, or jumpsuits. Think girls’ night out vibes. And wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be dancing.
